We often talk about things we want to do together and always leave with the best memories. Today I can’t wait to share some of our favorite things to do on our special sistercations. I don’t see often my sister as she lives in Nigeria and only visits the US for a week due to her work. I was excited when she mentioned she was coming to visit me and staying for month. We decided to rent an Airbnb and enjoy some sisterly time. As I needed it more than ever. I had been feeling drained from life and work, so this came at the perfect moment.
We stayed in Morrisville, NC, took her to NC Museum of Art, ate at The Durham Hotel, had some mac and cheese and pancakes at Jack Tar and Colonel’s Daughter restaurant, got some sorbet at Kilwins. I’m grateful for moments like this where I get to spend time with my sister. I’m feeling so much better and ready to get back to work.
