2020 has been a crazy year to say the least. Protect your spirit and and energy is so important. Luxury to me is peace of mind and ability to relax . My aesthetics is Joy. In a world that constantly triggers unwanted emotions, it is important to be self aware and protect your Joy. We are constantly scrolling through tons of news, thoughts and opinion everyday it easy to get drawn into energies that do not serve our higher good. I have made it my intention to protect my peace and energy. I am encouraging you to do the same. I am going to be sharing 10 Tips For A Calmer and Fulfilled life below.

10 Intentions For a Calmer And Fulfilled Life

1. Create from Joy

2. Filter content consumption

3. Set firm boundaries around your time

4. Make a home within your body

5. Tell yourself the truth

6. Don’t be afraid to change the direction of your life

7. Live in the moment

8. Prioritize your wellbeing over everything

9. Forgive yourself for past mistakes

10. Commit to what you genuinely want

I have been practicing this intentions since 2019 and the quality of my life, relationships and things I attract are significantly different. They can’t steal a Joy you created yourself. Your Joy is an act of resistance. Joy is dismantling the control of triggering and oppressive structures in a non-violent way.

I am wearing a Feel the Love dress from Lulus very fitting for this post. A very lovely white dress for both summer and transitioning into fall. I feel very peaceful in white, so I tend to wear white a lot.

    These are all such great intentions. I think I need to start following these because I’ve been a big ball of anxiety lately and need more calm in my life.

    These are such wonderful intentions! I have to say that I am decent at doing most of these for myself. However, controlling content consumption is definitely something I struggle with because of my job. I will have to get creative in filtering out some of the negative nonsense out there!
