I Drank Celery Juice For 5 Days, And Here Is What Happened

I first came across drinking celery juice from my YouTube recommendations, so I decided to watch it. I found out that you could do Celery Juicing while also eating regular foods, but you have to drink a cup of Celery Juice before eating anything else for it to work. I had been wanting to go on a juicing/cleansing fast, but I didn’t have the energy to completely stop eating other foods. I was so excited that I could drink my Celery Juice, eat my regular foods and cleanse my gut at the same time. I was sold because it was super easy to make! Let’s get Started!

All You Need is:

  1. Celery
  2. Water
  3. Blender/Juicer –
  4. Strainer – If you don’t have a juicer

All you have to do is slice the celery into small pieces, add it to a blender or juicer. I don’t have a juicer, so I am using a blender. Add some water, Blend well. Then pour the puree into a strainer so the juice can strain out. It’s easier if you have a Juicer haha. I can’t afford a juicer now so, this works for me. Please see Below.

In my never ending search for an explanation/cure for my hormonal body imbalances and premenstrual cramps., I’ve come to learn just how important our digestion and gut health really are. So when I read, per Williams, that “celery juice is one of the most powerful and healing juices we can drink. Just 16oz of fresh celery juice every morning on an empty stomach can transform your health and digestion in as little as one week.” I knew I had to give this stuff a shot, Celery juice kept popping up everywhere. I eventually caved and decided to look more into it. I even got my sister to try it with me.
